Buffalo River Cleanup

The National Park Service – Buffalo National River will host their Buffalo River Cleanup on Monday, April 23, 2018. Volunteers are needed for this river cleanup from Ponca to Steel Creek and Buffalo River Trail cleanup from Steel Creek back to Ponca. This cleanup consists of a paddling portion (Ponca to Steel Creek, 2.6 miles) and a hiking portion (Steel Creek back to Ponca, 2.5 miles). If volunteers only want to do the floating portion, they’ll need to arrange a shuttle in advance.
