Beautifying Our State with Native Wildflowers
Our state is graced with more than 1,000 species of wildflowers. If you've taken a trip along Arkansas' roadways, you might have noticed the wildflowers that beautify more than 200,000 acres of highway roadside. These Arkansas wildflowers help the state reduce maintenance costs, enhance wildlife habitats and preserve native plant populations.
Beauty Is More Than Skin Deep
But Arkansas wildflowers can enhance more than roadsides. Arkansas wildflowers can add beauty and preserve the environment in other areas, such as your community. Arkansas native wildflowers are easy to plant and maintain.
